Flower-India gifts portal is a fraud

This online gift website cheated me http://www.flower-india.in
Don't order product from them.
I made a order to be delivered in Chennai at a specific time and I paid extra for it.Before paying I conformed it by chat support about the delivery will be at right time but after paying it they made call to my phone and said it won't be delivered at right time and it will take 6 to 8 days and I was shocked and asked them to refund the amount but they said it cannot be possible.Now the concern person not present in that event address then I don't know now whom they will deliver that gifts . This company is a fraud please don't buy or purchase anything .
